"We hired Koby Craftsmen to install LVP (luxury vinyl plank) flooring throughout our basement. I requested a tighter tolerance to accommodate 5/16” stop molding, and Chris installed with the tighter gap wonderfully. There was a lot of leveling needed to make the floor completely flat. Finished product looks great and feels leveled. The price was very fair for the quality detail they provided. It took a few a weeks to get in the queue, and they finished in the expected timing. So excited to see what they do with the custom cut floor vents! Would definitely recommend them, and use them again."
