We could not be happier with Koby Craftsmen. We had them install wood flooring in our family room and office. They were extremely professional and personable. And they call you back! We did not want a transition piece between our tile and wood floor. Michael created a custom threshhold for us. Both Michael and Christopher are very conscientious. Our whole experience with them has been nothing but a pleasure. We are using them again for 2 more projects.

Michael and Christopher, of Koby Craftsman, recently replaced our existing hardwood floors and installed new hardwood floors. Michael’s approach and assistance in selecting the right floors and providing an honest and reasonable quote was greatly appreciated. Michael and Christopher’s quality of work, attention to detail, craftsmanship, timeliness, and cleanliness are second to none. We’ve recently had a number of home renovations completed by multiple contractors and Michael and Christopher stood out as the best. Koby Craftsmen came highly recommended and now we know, firsthand, why. Michael and Christopher installed LVP on our entire first floor (this involved removing carpet, hardwood, and linoleum). Every aspect of working with them was perfect, from obtaining information on their website, choosing flooring, receiving a very detailed proposal and work plan, their skills, knowledge, and experience in installing, the open and easy communication, their organization and professionalism, and their serious attention to detail. They wowed us -- the new flooring is amazing! In addition, they were so attentive, asking us our preferences, providing regular updates and information, and always cleaning up after each work day, Hands down, KC is the best contractor we have ever had.

Had a wonderful experience with Koby Craftsmen. It was happenstance I saw one of their vans around town and was considering hardwood flooring for my four bedrooms. I called the number on the van and set up a time for a quote within a week of the initial call. Their service was impeccable from start to finish. The quoting process was smooth and very professional. The pricing was reasonable. Koby Craftsmen started when they said they would and finished the project on time. My husband was there during the 5 day project and was extremely impressed with the progress along the way and how they cleaned up each day. Our home did not feel like a construction site. The end product is gorgeous. the floors are everything we wanted. I would highly recommend this family owned business. They do a wonderful job!

We build a screen room. Michael was knowledgeable and helped us decide on the best material to use for the flooring. He is honest and prices are fair. He was great to work with. We are very pleased with the final product.

Koby Craftsmen provided outstanding service at every stage of a large project to demolish old flooring and install new wood flooring in my house. Their skill, pride in their work, attention to detail, ability to develop beautiful and effective solutions to unexpected challenges are outstanding. They are true craftsmen, perfectionists, and so professional and delightful to work with. They do what they say they will do and when they say they will do it. We are very happy with our refinished original (60 years) wood floor. Michael replaced some boards, installed new finished baseboard, corrected a problem area, and it all looks great! He was able to schedule the work while we were on vacation, which was a big plus since most of the flooring was being refinished. Michael is very personable and professional, therefore, we felt comfortable with Michael overseeing the work while we were gone. Enjoying the wood floor and so happy we didn't cover with carpet again. Highly recommend Koby Craftsmen for excellent work, trustworthy, and timely completion.

We hired Koby Craftsmen to install LVP (luxury vinyl plank) flooring throughout our basement. I requested a tighter tolerance to accommodate 5/16” stop molding, and Chris installed with the tighter gap wonderfully. There was a lot of leveling needed to make the floor completely flat. Finished product looks great and feels leveled. The price was very fair for the quality detail they provided. It took a few a weeks to get in the queue, and they finished in the expected timing. So excited to see what they do with the custom cut floor vents! Would definitely recommend them, and use them again.

Having been in the construction trades for over 40 years I was totally blown away by my flooring experience with Michael Kobylarek and his family business Koby Craftsmen. Quality at every turn. An obvious expert with hardwood flooring. He beautifully installed 'Wolf Creek Plank' from Chelsea Plank Flooring. From delivery of the product to the finished installation, everything was absolutely as we desired.
